Our return policy:
CD’s: Your satisfaction is guaranteed for 14 days from delivery. To return an item, please email us first! Shipping costs to return are not refundable.
MP3’s: The item is guaranteed to be as described. Refunds are available for 3 days after receipt if product is not as described. To claim your FREE MP3 see below.
Stage Shows: deposit is refundable if you cancel the show (in advance) and we are able to fill your time and date, otherwise the deposit is credited for a future show.
Phone Sessions: No refunds are available on phone sessions as they are billed as service time and you are using the service time you purchased.
MP3s: Buy 3 and get the 4th ONE FREE! Please email the title for the FREE MP3, using the contact form. If you put the third one in your shopping cart you will be billed for it, so just send an email with the title you want. Free titles must be claimed within a week of ordering. Offer expires 7 days from ordering, so please email ASAP.
We will email you a secure link from which to download your MP3 and instructions for doing so. Cable or DSL High Speed Connections are required for downloading MP3s as these are very large files. They do not take much time to download! A few have been able to download on dial-up, it is not recommended or guaranteed.
MP3 files are downloaded via the Internet. There is no shipping for MP3s.
MP3 files are available internationally. Our items are in the English Language, however the download-able MP3’s will be emailed to you.
Once payment clears, you will receive an email to your provided email address. You will have a password to access the file, and you will normally receive this email 1-8 hours after purchase, Monday - Friday, and on week ends/holidays if we are in the office. Please add our email address to your address book, so it does not end up in your spam file.
Sales Tax: is charged for purchases in Illinois.
CDs: are shipped FREE! M-F excluding postal holidays. Your order will ship the day of payment or the next business day. You will be emailed a shipping notice. CDs are mailed First Class, USPS in a bubble envelope. First class mail usually takes 3-5 days to reach most areas from Illinois. If you do not receive your package in a reasonable time be sure to contact us.
